Exercise regularly to rev up your energy levels

Exercise is a sure fire way to rev up your metabolism and pump up your energy level, but not just any exercise. To feel as energized when you you finish work as you do when you wake up in the morning you need a clever routine of exercise that will bring you a lasting benefits.
Exercise is a key factor to a healthy living. A lot of people sign up for exercise programe only to quit after a few sessions. The reasons for quitting include, “am a very busy person”, “I have a tight schedule of work”, “ my kids are growing up and needs my attention”, “ am always tired after a hard days work”, etc. Rather than keep giving excuse it is more appropriate to stick to a flexible exercise routine that you can maintain. Daily regular exercise can lead to a steady and sustain weight loss and increase your confidence. This is what you need to have a vibrant health.
The most recent statistics from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention tell us that obesity rates have risen in more than 31 U.S. states in the past year pushing the national average to roughly thirty-two percent. Colorado came in with the lowest obesity rate,17.6% while Mississippi was the worst, becoming the first state to average over 30%. What does it mean? It is time for all of us to start watching our diets and start exercising.
Regular activity can not only help you to lose weight faster by burning more calories and even speed up your metabolic rate on the long term, it also helps you to feel great and energetic . This is partly because, when you exercise, your blood circulates oxygen around your body faster and more efficiently, and this has the knock on effect of revitalizing every cell in your body, including your brain cells. So, one of the best things you can do if you feel tired all the time, or generally sluggish, is to get out and exercise. It doesn’t have to be hard activity. Anything that makes you breath a little deeper will have the right effect.
For most people, walking is the best medicine. It is safe, efficient and cost nothing. But of all, wherever you live, you can generally just walk out of your door and begin. Structured exercise, such as cycling, dancing, swimming, are alternatives.
Try to do 30minutes of structured or unstructured exercise five times a week. You can build gradually to this level. With time you should be able to achieve the above set target. (Always check with your doctor for medical advice on your peculiar case as it relates to exercise.) Whatever you chose to do, make sure you are breathing more deeply as you exercise, but not to the point where you are completely out of breath that you have to stop.
So, the question now arises, how do i go about it.
You have to change to a new lifestyle, by committing yourself to a long term process that gradually will lead you to a healthier life. This process requires persistence and patience, especially in the beginning. If you stay persistent, your new lifestyle will automatically take over, and it will become natural for you. This process will contain.
- Your decision to maintain a routine daily exercise and
- Your desire to shed some weight in the process.
Below are some benefits of a daily regular exercise.
Improved blood pressure,
Improved heart function,
Improved cholesterol levels,
Improved glucose tolerance,

lowering requirements for medication,

Eight times less likely to die from cancer than the unfit,

60 percent less likely to die from other diseases than the unfit,

Eight times less likely to die from heart disease than the unfit people.
By following the above guidelines, you should be able to build a decent and effective program. The idea is to create this simple awareness that it is possible to live a vibrant, healthy life through the routine of a regular exercise.
